Her primary research interests include optimization theory, continuous optimization, operational research applications, and integrating advanced mathematical methods into modern pedagogical practices, while emerging interests focus on digital learning techniques and international collaborative projects in applied mathematics. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tatiana Tchemisova Cordeiro has held key academic positions at the University of Aveiro, progressing from Invited Assistant Professor (1999–2005), Assistant Professor (experimental period 2005–2010, definitive 2010–2021), to her current role as Associate Professor since 2021, and previously served as Teaching Professor at ISLA Leiria and Junior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Her major contributions include leading multiple Erasmus+ international projects such as “Bot-Learning as a Modern Teaching Method of Gen Z” and MELES initiatives, expert evaluation of Portuguese Government PRR and European Commission EIC Accelerator proposals and advancing research in continuous optimization and operational research applications.
