Dr. Shengkai Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), where he conducted his research under the guidance of Prof. Tao Jiang at the School of Electronic Information and Communications, completing his degree in June 2021. Prior to this, he earned an M.Phil. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in November 2014, where he was advised by Prof. Bo Li in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Zhang also holds an M.Sc. in Communication and Information System, completed in March 2012 at HUST, under the mentorship of Prof. Hongbo Jiang.
